Known as Mamá Cacao, UK born Juliet has been based out in the lush Costa Rican jungles. Since 2009 she has been working as a cacao farmer, a tree-to-bar chocolate-maker and cacao educator. Transforming her passion into expertise, she hand-makes each small batch of chocolate and is dedicated to sharing her expertise with others.

Now teaching internationally, you can join Juliet for a blend of artistic and culinary insights - including workshops, in depth trainings, chocolate tours, tastings and pairings. Her business is driven by her commitment to the elevation of women farming cacao, the regeneration of ecosystems and the preservation of cacao tradition and its culture.

Please note that all our facilitators carefully prepare in advance for each event, whether it’s gathering materials, setting up special activities, or creating a memorable experience. For this reason, once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
