We offer convenient curbside pick-up for all our products, simply place your order online and select curbside pick-up at checkout.

Orders must be picked up within 90 days of purchase. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered forfeit without refund.

When will my order ship?

With the extensive range of curiosities that we carry, we endeavour to get your order processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. In the very rare event that we run out of something included in your order, you will be contacted and issued a full refund for that product(s) when your order ships.

International Orders:

While you will see that your shipping options are via Canada Post, please know that once it crosses the border, shipments will be handled by your national carrier, Royal Mail or USPS, for examples.  We do (and have!) shipped all over the world, and will do our best to get your magical items to you safely, accurately and quickly!

International Orders – Customs Charges:

Import duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your shipping cost. These are calculated by customs as your shipment enters its destination country and are completely beyond our control. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.

Shipping Cost Considerations:

All shipping costs are automatically calculated by our shipping partners and Curiosa reserves the right to re-quote shipping costs if we discover the actual fees vary considerably from those calculated at checkout. You will be notified of any cost changes and have to ability to approve them before your order is shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • MinaLima prints
  • Noble Collection products (except wands*)
  • Wallpaper
  • Books
  • Posters
  • Candy
  • Teas
  • Earrings
  • Discounted items

*Wands from the Noble Collection are an exception; they may be exchanged for a different character within 14 days of purchase if returned in their original packaging and condition, including certificate of authenticity.

In Store & Curbside Pick Up Returns:

Eligible products purchased in-store or through curbside pick-up can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.

Online Returns

You may return most (see exceptions above) items provided they are unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them, within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item (shipping is non-refundable).

We will happily pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of an error on our part (you receive an incorrect or defective product). Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your order back to us, however, in many cases it will be quicker than that. This estimation includes transit time for the package to reach us, the time it takes for us to process the return and the time it takes for your bank to process your refund.
