• Is Curiosa a Harry Potter Store?
No, we are not a Harry Potter nor Warner Brothers licensed shop, nor are we trying to in any way portray ourselves as such. We are a curiosity shop that strives to present you with a magical and immersive experience, one that transports you back in time to a fantastical place full of oddities and wonder.
• Do you sell wands?
Unfortunately, without a trained wizard or wandmaker on staff, it seems that the magical powers housed within a wand are little too powerful for us to control.
• I saw _______ item in the shop, but not on your website?
Our online store is a curated selection of items that we sell in our shop. Not all items we have in store will be available online. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
• What is your return policy?

• Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do! Currently they are only available for purchase in store, and for use in store. Unfortunately they do not work with our online store.
• Does your shop have parking?
There is metered parking along Queen St. and a Green P parking lot one block west of us. Some side streets may have free 1-hour parking. Brooms can be left in our front vestibule and unfortunately we do not have a working fireplace for travelling.
• Do you host special events?
Yes we do! We post all events on social media including both ticketed and free events. If you would like to inquire about hosting a special event at the shop please don't hesitate in reaching out to us. Due to the limitations of our space we are unable to host children's birthday parties.
