Registration
To secure your spot, participants must register and pay in full in advance. Unfortunately, we’re unable to hold spots without payment, so we encourage you to book early to avoid missing out!

Cancellation Policy
We’re so excited to welcome you! Please note that all our facilitators carefully prepare in advance for each event, whether it’s gathering materials, setting up special activities, or creating a memorable experience. For this reason, once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend up to 24 hours before the event. Just call us at (647) 341-0394 or send an email to oracle@curiosasociety.com with the new participant’s name, phone number, and email address, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Late Arrivals
We understand that sometimes things happen! Please note that it’s up to the instructor whether latecomers can be integrated into the event once it has started. If the instructor feels they cannot accommodate late arrivals without disrupting the experience, we reserve the right not to include latecomers. To ensure you don’t miss out, we recommend arriving a little early to get settled in.

Materials Provided
Wondering what to bring? Unless the event description says otherwise, we've got you covered—all materials will be provided for you.

Group Size
The number of participants will vary depending on the event, as we offer a wide variety of experiences. Feel free to reach out if you’re curious about a specific event!

Accessibility
Our event space is on the second floor, accessible only by stairs; if this raises any accessibility concerns, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing tickets to explore what accommodations, if any, might be possible.

Photography & Filming
If you'd like to take photos or videos of the workshop or the Curiosa Common Room, please check with the workshop facilitator or Curiosa staff on site for permission. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you refrain from recording or photographing the event and space.

Lost or Damaged Property
We want you to enjoy your time with us! While we take care to create a welcoming space, we kindly ask that you look after your personal belongings, as we aren’t able to take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
