This card is a high-quality reproduction of the in-universe wizarding book Secrets of the Darkest Art. This book was originally in the Hogwarts restricted section until it was banned and removed to be stored in Dumbledore's office.  Hermione managed to summon the book for Harry's quest to destory horcruxes, and though helpful, proved to contain some of the most depraved information on dark arts.
